We are seeing strong buyer demand in many segments of the market. Next month’s statistics will be even more telling as far as COVID-19 impacts but after the “pause” we had in late March and April things are moving along again. We still haven’t seen the inventory build as it would typically in the spring. The big questions is whether those sellers will come back to the market now that showings are allowed. I predict that it could be a very busy summer and fall. Prices are holding steady.
