I always love to see the data on home buyers and sellers here in CO. The Colorado Association of Realtors put together this great Info graphic about what we saw from buyers in 2017. 14% bought a multi generational home, and 18% were single females. Those who financed their purchase (91% of CO buyers) financed 87% of the purchase. Check out more stats below.
