Did you know?
- In the past several years, the city’s population has increased more modestly, lingering around an average growth rate of 1.8% from 2010–15.
- The median age of city of Boulder residents is 29.0, an increase of 0.7 years from the last year’s median of 28.3
- Nearly all city residents age 25 or older have a high school diploma or higher (95.8%), and just under three-quarters of the population (73%) have earned a bachelor’s or advanced degree. This is more than double the U.S. average of 30.6%.
- The city of Boulder has approximately 7,000 employers with five or more employees. The city’s ten largest employers (listed in alphabetical order) are:
