This interactive map of the hottest markets in the country is a great tool for getting a national perspective on real estate. Gives you a sense of what’s happening in different markets from coast to coast.
As we all know, the CO market is hot. Lots of red in our state. Even though the market has cooled slightly locally, when you look at it on a larger scale we still have 3 markets in the top 25 (out of 300).
Our local end of 2016 statistics will be out soon but I thought we’d look nationally to start. Stay tuned for year-end statistics.
