It’s always good to step away from local statistics and get a bigger picture of real estate in the entire country. The Federal Housing Finance Agency puts out lots of information and I thought I’d share this great snapshot of how CO compares to the rest of the country (2015Q2 to 2016Q2). CO is way up there. Third highest appreciation out of all the states. We live in an amazing place that is also an amazing place to invest in real estate.
