Our local MLS provider has some great mapping/statistical numbers that I like to pull up every now and then. These three maps (Central, North and South Boulder) show trends in the the city for median price per square foot by neighborhood. Make sure to click on each photo to see the neighborhoods (outlined in purple)
Yellow ($400-$500)and Orange ($500-$1,000) are the most expensive. Not a surprise to see those numbers near downtown Boulder.
Dark Green ($300-$400), Medium Green ($200-$300) and Light Green ($100-$200) round out the rest.
Of course, these are just averages so really will vary by house, but great to get an idea of trends. I think we definitely have more dark green, yellow and orange in our future here in Boulder. Get in now if you can!
