My parents were out visiting a couple weeks ago and brought a local real estate card from their area in Northern CA. Wonder where I got my real estate interest? 🙂 Anyway, they brought this mailing and my jaw dropped. Yes that says $1253/sq ft and they do not live in the city, they are in a suburb between San Francisco and San Jose. They landed in that area over 40 years ago and look at it today! Every time I see our local prices head up, and when we see tech companies coming here, there is talk that we could be the next Bay Area. We definitely seem to be headed in that direction. Thoughts?
