Statistics can be run lots of different ways. The Boulder Area Realtor Association recently put out these statistics for May which show the number of sales by price point in different cities/areas. Crazy that just as many homes over $900,000 sold in Boulder as the lower price points. The higher end market has had a great year so far. Look for more real estate statistics soon.
