I pulled some statistics for active listings in our local Boulder County real estate market. I am seeing and hearing a seller’s market most everywhere with my clients. Active Listings for Single Family Homes and Condos up to $500,0000:
Boulder: 55% Under Contract
Louisville: 43% Under Contract
Lafayette: 49% Under Contract
Longmont: 47% Under Contract
Superior: 78% Under Contract (WOW!)
Broomfield: 50% Under Contract
I’d say buyers have lots of competition right now no matter where they are buying. Make sure you have an agent checking new listings multiple times every day!
