The Boulder Area Realtor Association (BARA) put together this data on available Boulder County inventory. The chart below shows August of 2011 as compared to August of 2012. Look at Lafayette. Inventory is down this year 60%.
The low inventory is helping prices rise and frustrating buyers. Just the other night a client said to me. So, are we missing the homes in South Boulder, and my response was…no, we’re seeing everything there is (there just isn’t much).
