What a great weekend here in Boulder. The USA Pro Cycling Challenge showcased our gorgeous state of CO this past week and had an epic Flagstaff Finish for Stage 6 of the race on Saturday. The city did an amazing job of working with residents so that we were aware of road closures and the timing of the race as it passed through our city twice. I didn’t get up to the finish, but did got caught up in the excitement of the town and watched the second half of the race (on TV) as it went North on the Peak to Peak Highway, down to Lyons and, through Boulder, and the final few miles up Flagstaff.
